What raw material does ILook Space use ?
Our raw material uses sustainable, recycling and reusing raw material products. Although, we use lots of eco friendly raw material products we would offer the best quality of our products.
Where is ILook Space factories production place ?
Our manufactures are in Jepara for the Furniture Division and we also have partnership fashion designer production houses in Jakarta City and Tangerang Selatan nearby the Capital City of Indonesia, Jakarta City.
Do you use kiln-dried wood and how is the moisture content for furniture products ?
Yes we do. The moisture contents of Wooden Furniture are:
a. 1 – 2 cm thickness MC 12% – 15%
b. 3 – 4 cm thickness MC 16% – 18%
c. 5 cm thickness and up MC 19% – 20%
What kind of material is available?
Our Indoor Wooden Furniture made of Teak and Mahogany type of Indonesian Wood and recycling and reusing wood products.. Our Outdoor Furniture made of Teak, Alloy Casting, Aluminum Pipe, Stainless Steel, Synthetic Rattan, and bathyline. Our Rattan & Natural Fiber furniture is made of skin of rattan, croco, water hyacinth, sea grass, and another natural eco friendly fiber. Our clothes for fashion products, we use the sustainable raw material such as organic fabrics, Eco Twill fabrics, Cotton Poplin, ect .
Can I design our new development products for stores and ecommerce ?
Yes, Our customers and business stakeholders could request their own development design products for exclusively the brand concept of stores and ecommerce supply chains.
How long is the production’s lead time ?
Our furniture products lead time needs 10 weeks – 12 weeks after receiving the advance payment and approval design by the customers.
Our fashion lead time needs 8 weeks – 12 weeks after receiving the advance payment and approval design by the customers.
Is the minimum order?
The minimum order quantity is 1 x 20 feet container.
Do you guarantee the quality ?
Yes we do, all of our products are checked by our QC team in many production steps. We are doing QC to start from the selection of materials until the finishing and packaging system. If you receive some damage, we do open to any discuss for the solutions.
Compliance ?
If there is some defective product, please send us a report with detailed pictures maximum 1 months after unloaded. We can analyze together the damage, if it comes from our side, we will be responsible for this. Damage in shipping and unloading processes are not covered.
What is the payment term?
a. Irrevocable L/C
b. T/T with 60% Down Payment and the rest 40% payment against documents.
